HIGH - SPEED PRIVATE WAN SOLUTION
For a local Government consulting firm, SNAP designed and implemented high speed private WAN and Internet connectivity between its headquarters and branch office locations.

The scope of project was to create a modular and scalable network design that would cut existing cost in managing remote sites and would allow future branch office locations to connect to the private WAN and the Internet without any disruption to the existing network and without compromising security.

Comprehensive Knowledge Management for the US Department of the Treasury Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB)
SNAP, working in conjunction with the Knowledge Management Staff at TTB, has completed a number of electronic media support services centered around knowledge management and providing context for internal and external Bureau customers. Services included: Development of internet and intranet sites, development of a Digital Reference Library, design and development of multiple electronic performance support systems, maintenance of all internal and external TTB documentation, database development and management, as well as web-based training development and delivery for the TTB user community.
