General Solution Elements
General Solution elements that are included within every Team SNAP solutions including: solution design and engineering support, installation and provisioning support, compliance with required standards and mandates, standard change management, and billing/invoicing support.
Capital Services
The hardware, software, internetworking and other necessary equipment is provided by either the customer (CFE: Customer Furnished Equipment) or by Team SNAP. If provided by the customer, the capital services consist of materials handling, vendor relations, support and maintenance and other incidental asset management activities. If provided by Team SNAP, the capital services consist of equipment and software rental in addition to the aforementioned services
Facility Services
Team SNAP’s secure facility and the redundant infrastructure includes armed guard physical security, DoD SCIF-compliance, Lampertz vaults impervious to all environmental threats, biometric access to building and interior vaults, armored conduits for all power and Internet connections, security cameras with 360 degree vantage points and other secured infrastructure. Additionally, Team SNAP offers N+N power and components redundancy, UPS triple redundancy, robust HVAC infrastructure, 265 Watts per square foot, and automated and monitored facility controls. 
Equipment Services
Equipment purchasing (where required), receipt, spare(s) storage/management, asset control, vendor management, and equipment repair (coordinated with customer and vendor).
Network Services
Management of network devices/components to include network device monitoring, management, Diverse-carrier Internet access, managed firewalls, load balancers, and VPN support/management. 
Systems Services
Management of hosted systems devices to include access control/user accounts, backup & restoration, configuration management, patch notification/installation, and performance management.
Data/Storage Services
Management of storage devices to include management of capacity, storage volumes, and database storage elements.
Middleware and Database Management Services
Management of middleware applications to include installation, configuration and appropriate systems-services support (patching, etc.).
Security Services
Management of hosted environment security elements including IDS, firewall management, vulnerability testing and compliance-related aspects of the service (certification & accreditation).

provides on-site network and systems support to all Maryland State Department of Education datacenter for the MSDE Office of Information Technology.

Hosting Solution for US Air Force Legal Assistance Website
SNAP currently is providing hosting solution for USAF Legal assistance website that includes application deployment, backup and disaster recovery, intrusion detection system and hacker check.

Production Center Technical Support
SNAP
has provided 24x7 production technical support for major datacenters in New Jersey(Verizon, Bristol Myers Squibb),  including support services to maintain operational data storage and retrieval applications resident on diverse computer platforms including mainframes and minicomputers.
