PROJECT MANAGEMENT

SNAP helps clients set up and manage their IT environments, develop capable project managers, and identify and mitigate project risk.

SNAP’s Project Managers are certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs), currently supporting various Federal, state, and commercial customers.

SNAP project managers have been responsible for all phases of system architecture, design, development and data modeling. They have overseen project using technologies and designs based on both client/server and multi-tiered distributed architectures.
 
IT Project Management Support
SNAP provides IT Project Management services to the Maryland State Highway Administration Office of Information Technology and to the DHS Transportation Security Administration to lead a number of Information Systems initiatives.
